Sharing: the website form opens your email client and sends your request directly to the hotel's mailbox. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention: requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your stay and meet our accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to zahagohotel@gmail.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
This website uses no advertising cookies and no marketing trackers.
Only technical local storage is used, to remember the language you selected (FR, EN, ES, AR). It stays on your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Requests sent through the form or WhatsApp are not a confirmation. Your booking is confirmed once validated by the hotel.
Payment: you may pay on arrival, or secure your room by bank transfer. Bank details are shared privately on WhatsApp and are never published on the website.
Rates: displayed prices are opening rates per night in Moroccan dirhams (Dhs), subject to availability.
Cancellation: free cancellation up to one day before arrival. If cancelled on the day of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Stay: a valid ID is required on arrival. The hotel may refuse any behaviour contrary to its house rules.
We take care to protect the information you send us and limit access to staff handling bookings.
